Welcome to Captured by CatDog! By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payments

   • A non-refundable retainer fee of $50 is required to secure your session date.

   • Full payment is due 1 day before the session.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

   • Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, and must occur within 60 days.

3. Session Details

   • Sessions will begin promptly at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

   • You are responsible for informing us of any special requests or requirements prior to the session.

4. Image Delivery and Usage

   • Final edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via an online gallery.

   • Images are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. We retain copyright to all images and may use them for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Liability

   • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may impact the session, such as weather or technical issues, but will work with you to find a solution.

6. Agreement

   • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
